HCC HQ is our home base, our gym and a safe place where people can come and explore their potential without being judged or criticised. Located in Waltham Christchurch we are able to offer many different services including group training, weight training, PT one on one, youth fitness program and includes hosting sports, corporate and haka groups.

We also deliver health and wellbeing workshops and almost anything else that will benefit our wider community. HCC HQ operates 6 days per week with classes ranging from early morning to mid evenings. We have a shower facility on site for all those that like to train before work and we also have a safe children's area where your young ones can come and hang out

all in clear view of their parents. With plenty of on site parking thereโ€™s no issues when it comes to access.

 
 
 

GT - Group Training

GT Classes are 40mins in duration. Working to your own ability, you will be guided and monitored throughout each session by a trained industry professional to ensure you are moving and training in a safe manor at all times. These sessions are full body circuit style sessions utilising both free weights and body weight to get maximum results. You can expect to burn body fat and tone muscle by mixing resistance, strength and conditioning training with endurance, speed and agility all wrapped into an exciting and fun packed training experience.

 
 
 

WT - Weight training

Weight training Classes are 40mins - 1hr in duration. Our weight training programme is simple and is designed to help increase strength and mobility. This programme predominantly focuses on three main lifts, squat, bench and deadlift with added accessory lifts and exercises to compliment these three lifts. You will learn proper lifting techniques to enable you to build confidence around lifting heavy objects, all of which can be transferred over to your normal day to day life.

 
 
 

LGT - LADIES GROUP training

LGT Classes are 40mins in duration. This class was designed for the Ladies to be able to feel comfortable surrounded by other Ladies on a similar journey inspiring and supporting one another. Working to your own ability, you will be guided and monitored throughout each session by a trained industry professional to ensure you are moving and training in a safe manor at all times. These sessions are full body circuit style sessions utilising both free weights and body weight to get maximum results. You can expect to burn body fat and tone muscle by mixing resistance, strength and conditioning training with endurance, speed and agility all wrapped into an exciting and fun packed training experience.

  • WT - Weight Training: $30 Per Week (excludes GT)

  • LGT - Ladies Group Training: $20 Per Week (excludes GT & WT)

  • Combo GT & WT: $40 Per Week (Includes all GT & WT Classes) Limited memberships available.

  • Casual session: $15 (only on availabilty)
