HCC Fit2Go is an online health and fitness program that was created to enable us to share our program with the people who wouldn't normally have access to it. Not everyone is comfortable going to a gym so we have catered for this with Home workouts and not everyone has access to the right nutritional advice, this is where Fit2Go comes in.

Fit2Go Meal and Training Packages are tailored to each individuals specific goals and objectives - i.e. lose fat, live healthy, get fitter etc. Having access to these programs removes any of the guess work when it comes to fuelling your body and are designed to get you the results you're looking for, transforming you both inside and outside as much as possible over your chosen time frame. Whether you're looking for a shorter commitment to get you started or ready to take a bigger step and ready to commit a little longer, then we have a package to suit you and your goals. We have been helping hundreds of people in Christchurch NZ and now have the tools and the ability to share with the world what has been so successful for our local community. There is no need to complicate things, we have done all the research and designed the perfect plan to get you into shape and living a happier healthier lifestyle.

Your Meal Plans are updated monthly and are completely tailored to you and your individual goals. Everything is built around the details you provide including food preferences and allergies. Your whole week will be mapped out for you, providing you with a breakdown of each meal for each day and includes a shopping list to ensure you have the food you need on hand to help you stay on track.


Fit2Go Personalised Training Programs (Valued at $150)

  • 6 Workouts per week (1 rest day)

  • 4 Weeks worth of workouts (Updated monthly)

  • Easy to follow work out instructions

  • Exercise demonstration videos

These are bodyweight workouts that can be performed either at home, in a park or at a gym removing any barriers like gym memberships to stop you from reaching your goals. We mix things up where we cater for beginners right through to advanced, with a clear list of each workout and exercise along with a video demonstration of each exercise to help guide you and ensure that you have the best tools possible in order to perform each exercise and movement in the safest way possible. These workouts and training protocols have been tried and tested to give your whole body a workout burning calories and toning lean muscle along the way.

We will support you every step of the way via our private Fit2Go Facebook page, this is where we share tips and tricks to help and guide you through any obstacle or hurdle that life might throw at you along your journey and also answer any questions that you may have. You are not alone !!!
